To be the leading cricket club on the Gold Coast both on and off the field.
Mission
Provide a supportive and engaging environment for players of all ages, genders and abilities to develop their cricket skills and feel a part of the Hawks family.
Our Values

This is by far and away our most far-reaching mantra. This type of behaviour is best described as someone placing themselves as more important than the club.
#2 Tidy the Nest
This reminds us to always present ourselves as clean, tidy, respectful, and considerate club members. It also reinforces the pride we have in the club.
#3 The Power of Extra
We train, play, and live our lives knowing that whether it be cricket or life, when we do extra, we are the ones that benefit.
#4 Relentless
Relentless, not reckless. This is our reference to the way we play our cricket; relentless is executing a simplified skill set that ensures we perform under pressure.
#5 Leave the Game in a Better Place
Unashamedly, we copied this from the great Don Bradman and agree in every way that it is all our responsibilities to ensure we leave the game of cricket in a better place.

Providing state-of-the-art facilities to support our growth
- Deliver a new clubhouse and change room facility through government grants.
- Secure the use of a second turf wicket.
- Maintain current facilities to a high standard.
Our People
Growing and empowering our volunteer community
- Create focused recruitment strategies to attract dedicated volunteers for key roles within the club.
- Develop initiatives to recognise and retain volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated for their contributions
- Ensure that management of the club is spread over a wide variety of individuals that have a clear understanding of their roles through an organisational chart and role descriptions
Our Game
Providing opportunities for all to participate and develop their skills
- Maintain a robust youth development program to identify and nurture young talent, transition juniors to senior cricket and strive for excellent results on the field
- Ensure opportunities for all aspiring players, regardless of background or ability, to participate and develop their skills through the provision of quality coaching
- Be a leader in the provision and promotion of female cricket
