Looking at having a fun event on the Gold Coast? The Helensvale Pacific Pines Clubhouse is the right location for you and your family and friends.

The clubhouse at 59 Parkes Drive off Discovery Drive in Helensvale, is available for many types of functions – be that a birthday, engagement party, meeting, dance, yoga, karate lessons and presentation nights.

We can host sit down functions for up to 80 guests, stand up cocktail style functions for 120 with plenty of room for Photo Booths, Juke Boxes or a DJ.  The club may provide catering if required or recommend local caterers.

For parties, we have the following fee structure:

• Bond: $250
• Cleaning Fee: $150
• Per Hour Charge with 1 staff: $45 (min. 3 hours)
  – additional fees apply for extra staff.

Some fine print:

• The club holds a liquor licence and our bar provides a wide range of choices.  Alcohol can not be brought by guests into the clubhouse or consumed in the car park area. All of our staff are trained in RSA and inside the club is totally smoke free. Designated smoking areas are provided and must be adhered to. All guests drinking alcohol must sign in on arrival at the clubhouse.
• Under our licence, amplified music is not permitted.  So, sorry no live bands are permitted.
• Parties with over 50 guests my require a security guard at own cost.
• All bookings are subject to licencing and availability.
• We do not do Bucks/Hens, 18th or 21st Birthday parties. There is also a min. 3 hour booking fee of a set amount of $120 plus cleaning fee of $150.
