Our Club Vision
Helensvale Pacific Pines Hawks Cricket Club strives to provide the best possible club environment for cricketers, volunteers and families to indulge in their passion of cricket and sport in general.
Our Mission Statement
To be focused on providing a strong foundation and service for community and family values. Through strong management and member values, we will work hard to encourage: participation, skills and morale development, professional team values, promoting sport, leadership, family values, friendship, volunteer participation, local school and club coaching, working towards goals and precise targets as a group and our facilities to be used by the community for the good of our local community.
About Our Club
Founded in 1980, the club has seen great growth over the years with juniors, seniors and masters. The club has strived to be one of the most family friendly grass roots sporting clubs within the region welcoming all newcomers, supporters and opposition players with a friendly handshake and support of good sportsmanship.

As we have in the past, the club will continue to perform as a group on and off the field.
Our teams play in the Kookaburra Cup competition conducted by Cricket Gold Coast. All teams other than Masters, (over 40s) play on Saturdays in either a one or two day format. Our 1st, 2nd and often 3rd grade teams play on turf pitches whilst our 4th, 5th and 6th grade teams play on synthetic wickets. Masters play on turf every 2nd Sunday.
Our refurbished clubhouse is situated at Hession Oval, 59 Parkes Drive, Helensvale. From there we also base all of our club training sessions. All senior grades train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm. Juniors train on various week nights to be confirmed in the preseason.
ALL senior grade team selections are completed after training on Thursday nights.
Team selection criteria is available under the Senior Cricket page. Players who are not financial cannot be considered for selection.
All senior club members are expected to join their teammates on Saturday nights for a post-match gathering where player awards and captains’ match reports are presented. A new calendar of club events is posted each year and all members are welcome to attend. The clubhouse has a well-stocked bar and a range of food options available from the kitchen.
The club welcomes you to join the Hawks this season as we strive to bring home the cup to Hession Oval.
