Notice is hereby given that the 36th AGM Of the
Helensvale Cricket Club Inc.
(playing as Helensvale Pacific Pines Cricket Club)
Will be held on
Tuesday 12th of July 2016.
Venue : Helensvale Cricket Club
59 Parkes Drive Helensvale.
Time 7.00pm for a 7:30pm Start
On this night will be nominating for President, Vice President, Junior Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Key Committee member positions will also be available on the night. Such as, Club House Manager, Senior and Junior Delegate positions.
If you are interested in any of these positions or to be on the Committee – please ensure you complete a nomination form and/or attend on the night.
If you wish to vote but cannot attend the AGM please fill out the proxy form and return to the Secretary Conrad Dickson (info@hawkscricketclub.com.au) no less than 14 days prior to the meeting. Only financial members and life members are eligible to vote at the AGM. Juniors, Non Financial and Honourary members are excluded.
